January 11, 2023 - Well-balanced, we’ll-made. Popped and poured . Bubble gum on the nose. Palate is fruity but not in a bad way. This would go with almost any food. I paired it with a squash/lentil/rice dish. Light on the palate with a medium finish. Medium minus tannin and medium acidity.
