September 14, 2023 - Very pale lemon in the glass. Pearish nose and some oak. Taste - crisp sappy apple and, more, pears. Straightforward, and decent enough for what it is.

January 20, 2023 - Unique. Although wholly unexpected and despite my initial doubts the nose smells of Comte cheese! Dry yet sweet finish. Lovely.
