    March 3, 2024 - Really tasty.

February 18, 2024 - Part of Patricia Green soil series. Light rose color and smells of tart cherry, cranberry, earthy soil minerality. Medium+ acidity and complexity. Really enjoyed this Pinot, I have seen a few producer with this “volcanic” label. Hopefully they are this good. 92 points.

June 18, 2023 - explosive strawberries, still very primary.

May 30, 2023 - All red fruit with a decent finish.

    February 20, 2023 - Popped and poured.

Wine is a turbid crimson with a purplish tone. Not that bright.

On nose, there are strawberries. And did I mention strawberries? Because there are definitely strawberries. A little toluene undertone and what is probably a little reduction underneath.

On palate, wine is sound. Medium-low acid, medium tannins, still grippy, feels like high alcohol. Still red fruit predominant.

Here's the thing - this wine is a totally delicious sipper now. Well balanced, well made, fun. I don't think it's built to last and that is just fine. If you are a PGC or Oregon pinot fan and you come across a bottle of this, just drink it! You will be happy you did.
