Nose: Medium/medium(+) fresh aromas of lemon, yellow apple, cut grass, parmesan, and almond skin
Palate: Dry, medium/medium(-) acid, medium(+) bodied, round and slightly oily texture with a zip of phenolics towards the finish. Medium flavors of lemon, herbalness, and notes of butter and almond skin. Medium(-) balance (I would want a bit more acid), medium complexity, and a medium-length citrusy and flinty finish.
