April 30, 2024 - Pronounced golden colour. Nice on entry on the palate with pineapple, honey notes but not enough body or substance to handle all the alcohol and it is just all alcohol on the finish. Shame, could be so much better with better alcohol management.

July 6, 2023 - Aromas of pineapple, guava, lemon meringue, hazelnut and crushed rock. Flavors of mango, pineapple, lemon pie, papaya and vanilla. Ends with a 20-25 second finish with tropical fruit notes. Impressive for the vintage.

June 24, 2023 - Very light lemon colour. Nose of yellow meadow flowers and fresh mown hay. Palate is lightly blowtorched whole lemons and a beautiful minerality. High piano notes but with a double bass thrumming slowly and quietly in the background. Great lemon pith high acidity finish in the mouth with hints of pineapple. Quite precise and resonant. Displays some restraint and elegance. Drank from the wine list over a light lunch with Daniel in the wine cellar at the Hong Kong Country Club. Crazy good value at US$39. A solid 90.

January 18, 2023 - aromas of pineapple, peach, fresh orange juice and blossom, a little resinous oak, cloves, vanilla, cream...
medium-bodied, spicy, the oak comes through more on the palate, this doesn't develop on the finish like it usually does, the alcohol pokes through, but it is very nice
