August 30, 2010 - Nose of ample pear. In the mouth tastes of pear, white grapefruit and apple lead to a tart finish of white grapefruit. Somewhat unbalanced with not enough fruit to compensate for the acidity of the wine.

December 25, 2008 - Disappointing, almost astringent in taste. Have enjoyed the value of this reisling for a number of years, but the last half dozen bottles have been terrible.
