August 16, 2023 - PnP out of the fridge. Nose of sawdust, pine, and bright cherry. Intense burst of bold red fruit and acidity with an undercarriage of blood orange and clay. Crisp tannins, watermelon candy, and earth on the finish. Very nice.

January 29, 2023 - PnP that was drank over 2-3 hours - didn't change a lot. Nose of cranberry, bright cherry, red licorice, and dried flower notes. Minerals and red fruits with sweet cherry acidity, watermelon, washing up into stones, earthy soil, red licorice, maraschino cherry notes and lingering light tannins on the finish. Great Cru Beaujoulais.
