February 22, 2013 - Brought this with us on our Snowmobiling weekend. Opened at dinner at Elkins Lodge so didn't have a chance to decant. Big red fruit with a good cabby nose but not the deep cabby flavor. Really smooth with additional hints of smoke, pepper and earth. Went equally well with fried chicken as it did with a NY Strip.
