February 19, 2024 - Went very well with both Toast Skagen (shrimp mayo salad) and fish with creamy sauce. Nice full body but still fresh.

September 24, 2022 - BdB disgorged Feb. 2022 after 3.5 years on lees. 3 g/l dosage. Slight caramel apple notes, pear, some persimmon. Leans a little to the oxidative side but retains a freshness. It walks the tightrope between rich and acidic well, only wish there was a bit more strength in the fruit.
