November 20, 2023 - The 7 grape varieties add layers of complexity l, seamlessly blended together. Fresh tart red fruit, black fruit, floral, dried herbs and spices. The palate is rich and creamy with balanced acidity, fine grained tannins, building to a long savoury finish.
Deep ruby colour.
Pronounced aromas of cranberry, strawberry, raspberry leaf, all spice, cloves, dark cherry, fresh black plum, blueberries, vanilla, tobacco, dried roses, dried sage.
Pronounced palate.

September 16, 2023 - Nose of forest floor with some blackberry. Chewy and still somewhat closed up.
