September 20, 2023 - I enjoyed this on night one. It needed some time to open up even after "the shake". I poured 2 glasses, sealed it up, and let it sit in the counter for 24 hours.
The next day, this wine was unrecognizable. The Cabernet and Shiraz were bold, elegant, and in complete harmony.
Be patient with this wine and it will reward!! -

June 30, 2023 - I know I say I don't love CS blends, and I don't, I'm a purist, but this is so magical. The nose is predominantly Cab but the Shiraz fruit is welcoming so the two dance together, circling and descending romantically
