September 10, 2023 - Begins as unripe red cherry at open, lots of sediment and bitterness demand decanting and aeration, almost evolves as if maturing of the fruit, turning into red cherries juxtaposed against the brief acidity and complexity of green olives and young tobacco leaves. Finishes with fairly strong tannins, which don't linger but stay for just long enough to demand another sip.
