November 11, 2023 - Tasted at EMW Grand tasting. White fruit, lemon zest dried flowers, minerality, seawater. I thought this wine had good balance, acidity, freshness, and minerality. Would be perfect with some seafood, ceviche, or the likes. Good value.

August 16, 2023 - Pleasant, Chenin-like, but a little different. Good structure, found it a little lacking in complexity, but perfectly adequate and fun for casual dinner with friends.

May 9, 2023 - citrus, white pulp fruits, subtle vanilla/spicy oak. med+ acid. Not very complex at this time.

October 10, 2022 - Wines of the Camino de Santiago; 9/13/2022-10/19/2022 (Northern Spain): This is unique and intriguing with tones of Vanilla beans, custard, pear, red apple, quince, nougat, navel oranges, tangelos, lanolin, stone fruit, and some yoghurt. The Medium/full bodied feel has some heft with mouthwatering, medium+ acidity. This shows good complexity, but it does lack some depth while being balanced. This is very chenin-esque and would easily confuse for it blind.
