December 21, 2023 - Amber-copper; white raisins, dates, almonds, toast; sweet, syrupy, fig, nutty, decadent, full body, decent acidity, long finish
Sweet fig flavour with elegant notes of nut, spice and citrus. Less cloying than '03. Good with fruit cake. -

June 11, 2023 - The 2 other tasting notes are on point. Beautiful maple syrup color, very thick and syrupy as well. Intense nose/taste of sun-dried raisins and figs. Some buckwheat honey and aromatic wood (sandalwood?) as well.
