March 31, 2024 - Lovely, peach color in the glass. A but of a yeasty nose. raspberry, lemon zest and a bit of stony granite of the palate.

February 14, 2024 - similar to previous note, light pink, strong bubbles, good fruit with acid to balance, dry finish,lots of flavor, drank with tuna with Chinese veggies and dumplings, will drink again.

November 10, 2023 - Good stuff, great balance , lots of flavor, light pink color but taste is acidic, dry with strong bubbles and great fruit, a pleasure to drink with baked lobster, steamer clams and linguine, will drink again.

November 4, 2023 - This wine was really delicious and my guest all commented on how good it was. It was well rounded, just the right mouth feel, and a soft ending. It paired so well with the appetizers I had prepared.
