April 22, 2024 - nice golden color. Nose with ripe yellow fruits. Saline and mineral notes.
Full bodied on the palate. Ripe but fresh, long. very nice wine

February 29, 2024 - Powerful yet sharp, lemons, oyster shells, salty minerality. A bit of grip on the palate. Balanced, concentrated, really long.

February 11, 2024 - Pop and pour, a bit closed and austere. After an hour of air everything settles in. Salinity, sea shell, green apple and grapefruit pith with great weight on the plate and a long lingering finish. Very enjoyable, but I would wait a couple years before opening another.

Medium (+) intensity aromas of crushed seashells, sea foam, green apple, melon rind, grapefruit pith, beeswax, gooseberry, white flower, a hint of raw almond.

    Pronounced palate.

Medium body, high acidity, long finish.

January 10, 2024 - A nice bottle of Assyrtiko, but perhaps missing a bit of acidity.

November 18, 2023 - Green apples, citrus, mineral, vanilla. Fresh citrus acidity with a slightly oily sensation, a touch of vanilla and honey, and plenty of stone and mineral notes. A fairly long finish with green apples. A really good wine.
