January 1, 2023 - Very young. Tight but complex. First Cab Sauv from Paul and it’s beautiful. Strong black fruit aromas that give way to supple fruit with a bright acidity in great balance. Pleasant tannin that vibrates the gums, shouting to let this lay for 7-10 years. A hell of a way to introduce a new varietal.
