December 19, 2023 - @ Frevo NYC. Hard to tell this is 21 years old - fairly young and fresh-tasting. Mostly apricots and tree fruits up front with the signature lilac florals only coming out an hour in. Very refined, smooth with a big whiff of Smokey undernotes. That said, lacking some energy and a bit thin/short on the finish. Probably waited a bit too long on this one.

March 11, 2022 - Beautiful. Subtle and a bit shy for a grand cru. Complex, very mineral wine, with just a whiff of those white flowers you get in Blanchot. This is in perfect spot. Nothing overdone.

September 29, 2021 - Golden hay-coloured which bleached out with air contact. Tiny hint of oxidation that dissipated after 20 minutes. Saline, shell-like minerality, lemon tart, with ripe quince and pears. Acidity perceptible but well integrated. Poise and balance. A refined and seductive beauty in its apogee. Riedel Sommeliers Fishbowl stem.

September 28, 2021 - Fresh, forward and well defined bottle. Nice combination of fruit and rocky notes.
