  November 1, 2023 - It immediately presents itself with excellent effervescence, fine and persistent bubbles, a bright straw color that augurs well. The nose is intense and refined with fruity and floral notes of yellow flowers and chamomile taking center stage. Then, the pastry note unfolds with a lovely butteriness and an almost vanilla hint that accompanies the citrusy element. In the mouth, it is dry, well-balanced, greatly fresh with good minerality, small and creamy bubbles, and medium persistence. Overall, a good wine that perhaps excels more in its olfactory component.
  
  
  Subito si presenta con un'ottima bolla, fine e persistente, colore di un paglierino brillante che lascia ben sperare. Al naso è intenso e fine con note fruttate e floreali di fiori gialli e camomilla in primo piano, si svela poi tutta la nota di pasticceria con una bella burrosità e una nota quasi vanigliata che accompagna la componente citrica. In bocca è secco, di buon equilibrio, grande freschezza e buona sapidità, bolla piccola e cremosa, persistenza media. Nel complesso un buon vino che forse eccelle più nella sua componente olfattiva.
