September 8, 2022 - Nice fragrant of fermented beans with redcurrant, toasted almond and hops on the nose. Palate is dense and fresh at the same time, filled with fermented beans and nutty notes. Intriguing but pleasant. Something very different from the conventional profile of wine. Rather silky texture transiting to a clean and lingering finish.
