March 3, 2024 - Popped but did not decant. Started tasting after 1.5 hours. Delicious red fruit on the nose and pallet and quite opposite from a big ripe fruit forward CaliPinot. Oregon earthiness is not quite like Burgundy but nicely prominent throughout even at this young age. May get better after a few years but excellent now. Glad I have more!
