January 22, 2024 - On both nose and palate, this drinks like a still Champagne. And actually it isn't quite still -- there was a spritz of effervescence on the first pour, with fine bubbles lingering in the glass. Floral, honeyed, with notes of peach, tropical fruit, and lychee. Has a bready anchor to it, and a spray of sea salt. Huge QPR here. Delicious.

October 2, 2023 - Medium yellow with gold highlights. Ripe yellow fruit on the nose, figs, ripe bananas, bread crust, gardenias. Spritzy on the palate with vibrant acids, very long finish. Low alcohol (12.5%).
