February 28, 2023 - Orange red. High-toned plums and cherries. Somewhat lighter body than expected initially but this gains weight with air and shows the 14.5% alcohol but more importantly the ripe plum and cherry notes become rich and round. Not a ton of acidity but a crowd pleaser. Perhaps a bit generous but I’ll give it 91 for immediate drinking pleasure..
