November 2, 2023 - Medium cloudy lemon colour. Small and lazy bubbles. Medium and developing nose with apricot, peach, honeysuckle and toast. Medium taste of apricot, peach, green apples, honeysuckle, lemon and toast. Long and dry finish. High acidity. Medium body. A very good Pet Nat. Drink now or over the next couple of years. Goes well as an aperitif, or with poultry.
