  December 11, 2013 - We don't drink a lot of real champagne, but from my perspective this was a fair value. No wet sock for me either... just a fresh nose with a light citrus, toast, and mousse profile. Medium finish with an authoritative fermata. Fine step up from Mumm blue label for us. Tiny bubbles. Perfectly paired with fried shrimp.

Fig, yes, that is it. Nice quality, the bubbles did not persist much from this half bottle, but I will definitely try more from well-stored 750's. Recommended.
