August 18, 2023 - Voluptuous nose of elderflower, grass-tinged gooseberry, kiwi and hints of passion fruit, framed by a subtle mineral edge. Racy acidity on the palate, with a smooth juicy mouthfeel, flinty minerals gather to a crescendo around a clean and precise finish, with a satisfying herbal touch. Superb.
