April 21, 2023 - PnP. Linear champagne with lively acidity that dances on your tongue. Full saline finish with crushed rock minerality.
Easy to drink, especially when chilled to ~40F. Feels ready to drink now with 30 minutes of air. -

March 29, 2023 - I don't drink champagne much. But struck as me as full of quality and very young. Complex and linear today, and should pick up complexity with time.
