September 4, 2023 - So this is obviously very young, but it's such a tremendous wine. It shows like a cru burgundy in the way that the fruit is playing beautifully up against the acidity, and in the back of it all a tiny bitter note comes out just to show that it's serious business and not just ribena for grownups, but all kidding aside it's just so layered and serious.
I'm going to give the rest I have 3-4 more years in bottle and then it should be singing.
