December 26, 2022 - Super zippy and refreshing juice bomb.
“Natural” vibes, but easy enough to embrace most winelovers (I hope).
    Need another bottle, please!

Extremely refreshing on the nose, offering notes of pomegranate, dried cranberry, red apple, mild VA (lifting the freshness and adds a mild cool and funky touch), candied red berries, ripe rhubarb, mild herbs, hints of moss and red flowers.
Very light-bodied and dry with a juicy acidity and a mild fizziness. No tannins at all. It’s definitely vinous, but it also reminds me of a strawberry sour beer or a dry quality raspberry cider with hints of white pepper, red apple (especially ripe “Ingrid Marie” apples), sour and sweet cherry, dried mixed red berries and red grapefruit.

Saved around half a glass for day two. Still good, no hints of mouse.
