Community Tasting Notes 1

July 22, 2023 - 100% Nebbiolo. Pours a surprisingly ruddy translucent red. Lightly floral and highly acidic upon opening but mellows quickly. 30 minutes after opening the acidity has mellowed and the nose shows violets, herbs, and cherries.

Much more herbal than fruit driven, there’s a medicinal quality that is apparent that reminds me of cough syrup in the best way.

The palate is an even mix of herbs and sour Cherry with firm tannins and lingering, lightly bitter finish.

    Well done and good QPR
