October 30, 2023 - IWR 93: The 2019 Aloxe-Corton presents a medium ruby core with a neon rim in the glass. Bursting with aromas of potpourri, wild mountain blueberry, black cherry, blue plum, violet flowers, toasted baking spice, and cigar box, this is a complex and delicious Burgundy. Ripe red and blue fruits dominate the palate, with some wild mountain sage aspects present on the back palate. High acidity, medium body, and fruit-forward finish complete the wine. Only 126 cases were made.
