February 2, 2024 - One hour decant. Beautiful deep ruby red color. Aromas of black and red berries, savory earthy herbs and spice, with cedar and floral notes. Full bodied palate bursts with dark fruit, mocha, herbs and oak. Fine silky tannins and bright acid lead to a lovely long finish.

April 3, 2023 - Double decant. Very fruit forward. Baking spice. Lot of oak treatment. Really nice crowd pleasing wine. Went well with ribeyes.
