January 26, 2024 - Second time that I taste this wine. In the glass it is not very clear, but gives off scents of spices, strawberries, cherries and freshly cut grass. In the mouth it is very light with perfectly integrated tannins, slightly savory finish.

July 28, 2023 - An extremely light wine, with an alcohol declared very low. Vineyards very young. This pinot noir is made from one of most talented winemaker of Mosel. At the nose red fruits, ribes and blackberries. Very light spicy, a pinot noir very strange about this. Enjoyable and mineral, good persistence in the ending.

March 19, 2023 - This bottle was exactly like the last one. Apparently the reductiveness will blow off, but the bottle didn't last long enough to test that theory.

February 12, 2023 - I'm not entirely sure this bottle wasn't slightly flawed. It had somewhat funky aromas of blood and meat that I normally don't associate with Pinot Noir, but would associate with naturally made wine. Otherwise this was a lovely wine. Quite light which matches with this coming from young vines, raspberry, red currants, some strawberry, high acidity, 11.5% alcohol only. With the next bottle I wonder if the natural funk is intended, or bottle variation.
