April 15, 2023 - Full body cabernet with dark fruit and hint of traditional bell pepper. Decant for an hour to bring out the best qualities. Cheers!

March 6, 2023 - Dark reddish-purple in color. Full, forward & attractive nose of ripe fruit aromas of cherries, blueberries & plums with overtones of earthy/dusty & floral notes, herbs, minerals, spices & a bit of vanilla/oak in the background. Medium-full bodied with a good concentration of balanced & smooth textured, ripe fruit flavors of cherries, blueberries & plums with herbs, minerals, spices & oak/vanilla. Lingering finish. Drinks quite well at present with decanting & extended airing but may develop further with a few more years of additional aging.
