    February 17, 2023 - Nez discret, fermentaire (levure, cidre). Bouche étoffée, évolution sur des amers un peu astringents. Aucune sensation d'alcool (10°... c'est louable mais quand même fort bas). Se rapproche plus d'un cidre éventé que d'un vrai vin. Aucune notion de terroir.
