    November 3, 2022 - Unfined, unfiltered & organic. Disgorged May 9, 2022.
Very gluggable with just the tiniest hint of pleasant pet nat funkiness on the nose. It opens up really nicely with a bit of oxygenation. It is so pleasant and easy-drinking though that I could totally see myself drinking far too much of it in one go in the summertime. Will definitely buy again (and again).
