February 28, 2024 - Picked this up in the Torino airport when I had extra space in my bag on my way home from Barolo. Even this bottle from Cocchi shows how the Alta Langa overdelivers for price and quality. Elegant, delicate mousse with great acidity and medium body. Bright preserved lemons, lemon curd, brioche and whipped cream. Affordable and delicious.
