August 12, 2023 - Expressive nose displaying perfectly ripe yellow citrus fruit, lemon curd, a hint of granny smith, honey, sweet and spicy spices and limestone mineral. Very good concentration, nicely layered sweet yellow citrus fruit, good focus and precision, bright acidity, strong mineral, and a long ripe yellow citrus fruit driven finish. A classic expression of Chablis.

July 8, 2023 - Smooth sailing here, it's a somewhat rich, yet very classical chablis, fine acidity, citrus throughout, good round mouthfeel. Not as flinty as you ften find them, this is Southern-leaning chablis, very nice at that. Give it a couple of years
