April 28, 2024 - Sunday hangout (Chicago, IL): Intense, pure chardonnay, with that youthful acidic cut that gives this all that extra zip and verve. The fruit comes off slightly mature with a relatively riper profile and just a hint of maturity, but maybe it's more of a sappy profile here. Chewy, the way good white wines ought to be, and with plenty of fruit and density. Intense and minerally, the way good chardonnay ought to be.

January 18, 2024 - Grassy, green, vanilla, apricot, mineral and tropical yellow fruit. Next to Coche the reduction seems almost too sweet and new-world. Very good length and strength, just a touch crude in perspective. 93
