April 21, 2024 - Salty, mineral driven, iodine nose. Similarly minerally on the palate, with some citrus pith. A little shorter on the finish than I expected, and not quite as bright as other 2021 Chablis I’ve had, but still good.

March 28, 2024 - First of two bottles. P&P. Light lemon-gold. Aromas of honey, grapefruit pith, orange pith, vinyl. Flavours of citrus, esp grapefruit, saline. Medium body, M+ acidity, XD, medium alcohol (12.5%).

March 8, 2024 - pale straw and light body. reticent in the nose, a whiff of flint crosses the citrus and green apple aromas. similarly austere in the mouth, a tart starfruit flavour runs the length of the palate with mostly light intensity while underripe green pears pop in here and there. there is a touch of salinity to the persistence.

lean, nervy, and palate-cleansing… if not overly interesting. (but some of my friend loved it).

12.5% AbV; mostly purchased fruit (as the "Maison" category would indicate); 5% of the wine ages five-six months in oak that averages six seasons of use.

Crisp with mineral notes apple camomille and lime.

January 21, 2024 - Ripe juicy sweet tropical fruit over lemony acid with a pleasing mineral edge. Nicely balanced. Mid weight, nice concentration, all is in balance.
Not a Chablis I recall from the past, fruit now ripens.
I suspect that this Fevre would outscore most Cali Chards at any price, and appeal to more less judgmental drinkers.
