May 20, 2023 - Stand up tasting. Faintly floral with plenty of green apple, finishing with sneaky power and bright minerality. Note, these wines just arrived in Chicago a few days ago.

May 17, 2023 - It showed citrus and subtle parmesan cheese on the nose. You can feel some oak touch in the mouth. It has bright citrus, creaminess and slightly waxy tastes. Very good value!

May 12, 2023 - purchased 2 bottles and drank them in Paris; a lovely sip with very floral and pure nose; lemon peel, golden apple, elegant and yet still offers nice length. Both bottles were enjoyed and paired well with cheese and charcuterie.

May 12, 2023 - tasted at the domaine; very floral with pure spring flower notes alongside ripe lemon and sea breeze; elegant and really quite lovely on the palate; a bit of sucrosite in the fruit, but alongside the juicy acids its really quite good. Long floral finish. I liked this a lot for its elegance and it is a wine that doesn't seem to need much cellar time though it likely will still age fairly well
