Community Tasting Notes 3

May 2, 2013 - Looking at the previous notes I wonder if this is past it's best days? While quite concentrated with a lot of chalky minerality, this is a little bit austere. Very little fruit on the palate at this point with mostly sweet mint, grassy and chalky tones on the palate. Not an easy wine to sip on its own, although it does work well with food as it possesses a nice cut.

    October 20, 2009 - Good balance.
Wonderfully open wine with very generous fruit.
    Hints of minerals.
    Long aftertaste.
