December 5, 2023 - A very dark colour; rich, soft, sweetish, spicy and slightly oaky on the palate. Perhaps a bit simple, but enjoyable.

July 18, 2023 - Deep red in the glass. Prune and alcohol nose. A bit dry, mild acidity, but too jammy. Short and bitter finish. Not a fan.

April 21, 2023 - A dark crimson colour; still young with sweetish brambly fruit and a touch of parma violets. May improve with time, but borderline jammy at the moment.

Serait-ce une recette. Du sucre en extra pour camoufler l'amertume désagréable ?
Même en mangeant rien à faire. Donnée à la voisine. Si elle fait du bruit et devient désagréable, je comprendrai sa vengeance ;)
