July 31, 2023 - Lot of heat on the backend. Big artificial cherry coming through as a primary, similar to Chianti Classico as opposed to natural dark cherry like Bordeaux. A little tobacco but no chemically taste as is common in Tempranillo. Nice acid. Needs a nice 30-40 minute decant to really open up and smooth out. Could be cellared for 2-5 more years.
