December 2, 2023 - Bright and pretty with some cloudiness and texture. Nose is reticent and slightly medicinal. Sleek and cutting across the palate soft red fruit emerges from the wake to an interesting medium finish. Very food friendly with low ABV will pair well with almost anything.
