April 28, 2023 - Color: light purplish red.
Aromas: salmiak, cherry, bitter almond.
Palate : redcurrant jelly, cherry, soft tannins.
ABV 14,5 not disturbing, hardly noticeable
Grapes: 80% Pinot Noir, 20% Crna Tamjanika
Overall We could not have guessed Pinot Noir. Drinks very well right now. Nothing to store. -

April 22, 2023 - Reminds me more of gamay than pinot noir, and seems to have the mark of at least partial carbonic maceration. Punchy and interesting, this is clearly a product of the natural wine movement. Black cherry, tar, hints of bubble gum. Probably best young and with a slight chill.
