December 19, 2023 - I have high expectations of Bolgheri because Guado al Tasso was an epiphany wine for me. This is interesting and juicy, and it pairs well with savory food. However, I would pick the GAT “second” entry level blend, Il Bruciato, in a taste test.

November 24, 2023 - Consistent with prior - easy drinking, juicy, but Syrah brings some nice complexity and hints of spice. Paired with pizza. 88-90.
