May 8, 2024 - Clear medium lemon; clean medium plus nose of subtle caramel and fresh lemon; dry; medium plus acidity; medium plus alcohol; medium plus body; pronounced flavour intensity; palate is tarter with addition of caramel and butter; long finish; drink now or in 10 years; subtle, elegant wine that sneaks up on you; excellent balance and refinement; not blinded - Halpern Jadon tasting

February 1, 2023 - Nugat, applesauce, but still elegant; medium soft body build slowly to a very concentrated finish; slight tannic/dry extract/mineral not in finish with ripe fruit. Barrel fermented, 18 months in oak. 71 Above Jadot tasting
