November 2, 2022 - 2022 Excellent Burgundy Adventure; 10/31/2022-11/6/2022 (Burgundy): Barrel Tasting - Expressive nose displaying pure concentrated red fruit, cherry, strawberry, a hint of licorice, sap, iron, sweet spices and mineral. Excellent concentration, very finely layered pure concentrated red fruit, very linear and precise, bright acidity, strong mineral, and a long concentrated pure red fruit driven finish with sap at the end. This is the most structured wine of the tasting.
