January 25, 2015 - A little sharp on the tongue at first sampling. Aerated.

October 22, 2010 - This is a kind of wine I would not be able to drink every day. Nice concentrated wine. Oak, french vanilla, and bod of cherries. Strong tannins. Not a great balanced wine. Will be better with the food...A bit hot - white pepper...Enjoy with some lite spicy food.

April 4, 2009 - First day was way too big, first time I've encountered that from Spain. Was not very appreciative, but it mellowed by the next day and I actually liked it. Big sweet and savory open, across the mid palate and a somewhat lasting finish. Nose was a little hot, medium weight, opaque red with a slight brownish tinge.

February 29, 2008 - Good qpr - nice nose of vanilla and dark fruit; cherries on the palate. However, not too concentrated and lost some appeal when drunk the next day.
